At KC Event Audio, we do things a little differently. We don't believe in showing up with a truck full of equipment, setting it up, and hoping for the best. We take the time to understand your event, your venue, and exactly what you need before anything is loaded onto the truck.
We're a locally owned company, and that means something to us. When you reach out, you're talking directly with the people responsible for your event, not a sales department passing your information along. We take the time to answer questions, walk through the details, and make recommendations based on what actually makes sense for your event and budget.
Our team brings professional audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment, but we know even the best equipment means very little without the right people behind it. We plan ahead, arrive prepared, and make sure everything is tested and ready before your guests walk through the doors.
We're not interested in being the biggest AV company. We want to be the company you trust enough to call every time you have an event.

Owner / Director of Operations
Cody oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from preparation through completion. With a background in managing assets for ultra-high-net-worth clients, he brings extreme organization and reliability to each project. He also ensures the business uses only top-of-the-line equipment, giving clients confidence that every detail is handled so they can simply enjoy their event.

Nicole is our Business manager. Her day-to-day includes dealing with contracts, invoices, and finances. She has a very strong background in evaluating numbers, and spotting potential issues before they arise, bringing a strategic, analytical mindset to everything she does. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency ensure every event is supported by a reliable and organized foundation, making her an essential part of every successful client experience.
