- Audio & Sound Systems
Smaller setups with a couple of speakers, microphones, and a mixer typically range from $500–$2,000. Larger sound systems with multiple speakers, multiple subwoofers, stage monitors, trusses, and on-site audio engineers generally range from $2,000–$20,000+.
- Event Lighting
Basic lighting setups typically range from $500–$1,500, while larger productions featuring uplighting, moving lights, stage lighting, trussing, and lighting engineers can range from $1,500–$20,000+.
- Staging
Smaller stage setups typically range from $800–$2,500, while larger stages requiring additional decking, stairs, skirting, labor, and installation can range from $2,500–$10,000+.
- Full Event Production
Events requiring a combination of audio, lighting, video, staging, and technical crew typically start around $2,500–$5,000. Larger corporate events, concerts, and multi-day productions can range from $5,000–$80,000+, depending on the scope.
