Production pricing depends on the size of your event, the equipment being used and the crew needed. Events requiring a combination of audio, lighting, video, staging and technical crew typically start around $2,500 to $5,000. Larger corporate events, concerts and multi-day productions can range from $5,000 to $80,000+, depending on the scope.

Sometimes your event needs something beyond the equipment you see on our site. If you need it, ask us. If it is something we do not currently own, there is a good chance one of our trusted production partners does. We work with companies throughout the Kansas City production community to fill the gaps and keep your event under one coordinated plan whenever possible.
